Uni Commerce Ltd. is an estate agency founded in 1997 as Uni Commerce Sole Proprietor. In 2000 the agency was reregistered as Uni Commerce-2 Ltd. with manager Mr. Spas Gavrilov Stefanov. Since January 2003 Uni Commerce Ltd. has been a VAT registered company.

Uni Commerce Ltd. specialises in the management and realization of foreign and local investments in Bulgarian property.

For more efficient service, two separate departments have been operating since the agency’s establishment – property sales department and property letting department.

The growing reputation of Uni Commerce Ltd. is a result of the staff’s long experience and in-depth knowledge of the property market in Bulgaria combined with high quality service. The agency serves a number of foreign companies seeking property investment opportunities in Bulgaria.
